3. Zelle payments are free

4. Boxes if needed are $50

5. Prices are for 1 tv multiple televisions will be an additional $50 per tv per month.

6. Payments more than 30 days late will require a $25 reconnection fee.

7. Failure to Return Leased Equipment within 15 days of permanent disconnection will result in a non refundable charge of $250.
